Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Growing Paws.

 

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with Us.

RETURNS:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was delivered to you. It also must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a reasonable number of days. Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check with your bank to ensure this isn't pending on their end. There may often be some processing time required before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, then please contact us at info@growingpaws.co.uk

 

EXCHANGES:

Please note we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, then please send us an email to info@growingpaws.co.uk. We will then arrange a suitable time to collect the defective or damaged item and replace with a new item.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE:

We’re committed to providing a high level of service and quality products. However, if you’re not satisfied and wish to make a complaint, we want to hear from you so we can put things right as quickly and fairly as possible.

How to Raise a Complaint

If you have a complaint, please contact us using one of the following methods:

To help us investigate your complaint efficiently, please include the following information where possible:

  • Your full name and contact details

  • Order number or reference (if applicable)

  • Date of purchase

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Any relevant supporting information (e.g. photos, screenshots, receipts)

What Happens Next

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 3–5 working days of receipt.

  • We will investigate the issue thoroughly and fairly.

  • We aim to provide a full response within 14 working days. If the matter is more complex, we will keep you informed of progress and expected timescales.

Resolution

Where a complaint is upheld, we will work with you to agree an appropriate resolution. This may include a replacement, refund, correction, or other remedy, in line with your consumer rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request that your complaint be reviewed by a senior member of our team.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint directly, you may be entitled to seek independent advice or assistance from organisations such as Consumerline Northern Ireland or Trading Standards NI.

Our Commitment

We treat all complaints seriously and fairly. Making a complaint will not affect your statutory rights, and all information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

SHIPPING:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Growing Paws Dog Food, 9 High Street Court, Comber, BT23 5QE. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

​

Please note that depending on where you live, it may take a number of days for your exchanged product to reach you. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.
